In photo video processing, LUT (Look-up table) are commonly used for adding a color style onto the image. However, because LUT is a mapping process and not the result, it is hard to know what the LUT will do to an image before actually applying it. This application is an attempt to visualize the LUT itself.
Another way to see the process is by observing the Lumetri effect of the LUT. Borrowing the concept of field from physics, the LUT can be thought as a force field that pushes colors towards certain directions.
